Ali Amin Ahmad Anini

A Palestinian by identity and Jordanian at heart, he was born in the town of Illar – Tulkarm District on March 13, 1958. He remained deeply connected to his roots and devoted to serving his hometown and its people wherever he lived.
In 1976, he moved to Kuwait, where he worked at the National Bank of Kuwait until 1991 before settling in Jordan. Since then, he has continued serving his community and strengthening ties among the people of Illar in both the homeland and diaspora.
He is one of the key founders of the Illar Community Association Diwan and has long played an important role in preserving the town’s social spirit and collective identity.
Widely regarded as a living reference on the history of Illar and Palestine, he authored the book “Illar – Location, History, and Heritage”, documenting the memory of the town and its people for future generations. He also founded the Illar website to share and preserve this heritage, and continues to maintain and develop it.
A father of seven and grandfather to twenty-four grandchildren, he represents a lifelong example of family devotion, community commitment, authenticity, and dedication.
